Over the course of a 14 week project, I am attempting to rebrand the United States Post Office (USPS) from both strategic and visual standpoints. The aim of this work is to create a path towards sustainable relevance for an agency that is deeply suffering and has lost sight of its mission and the people it serves. Though the project is still in its early stages, I intend to place a major focus on optimizing the USPS from a user experience standpoint and believe that by starting from that perspective, I can discover adoptable opportunities that can help reimagine the organization.
